Do my employees need to install an app?
No. They scan a QR code with their phone camera, which opens a mobile-web form. No app store, no login, no install. Works on iPhone and Android.
Will this satisfy my health inspector?
Yes. Inspector mode is a one-URL read-only view designed for handoff. Date picker, full audit trail, signature-line ready. Pre-built templates follow FDA Food Code §3-202 (receiving), §3-501 (hot/cold holding), §4-301 (sanitation), and §2-201 (employee health).
What if my checks need a real thermometer?
Manual entry works on every device. We also support Combustion Inc. and InkBird BLE thermometers — temp auto-fills when you take a reading. Bring your own; we don't lock you into proprietary hardware.
Can I run multiple locations?
Yes from day one. Each location gets its own QR set and its own log stream. One dashboard shows them all, filtered by location or rolled up.
How does this compare to FoodDocs / Jolt / FreshCheq?
